We are deeply honored to announce that ADLA Group Sdn Bhd has been officially appointed as a strategic training provider for the PERANTIS program, a visionary initiative spearheaded by the Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga dan Masyarakat (KPWKM) and the Jabatan Pembangunan Wanita (JPW).

This isn't just another corporate project for us; it is a mission of the heart. We are proud to introduce the "Women’s Leadership & Development Program," a signature curriculum specifically designed to unlock professional mastery and leadership potential.
In a rare and exclusive opportunity, this program will be personally led and trained by our Founder and CEO, Datin Dr. Leez Hassan. With her decades of experience and passion for human potential, Datin Dr. Leez will be working directly with 50 selected participants across two cohorts, starting this October and November.
A 6-Month Journey to Excellence
This program is designed for those ready to commit to true transformation. To ensure deep, lasting impact, the 50 chosen participants will embark on a rigorous 6-month development journey, consisting of:
- Immersive Training & Coaching: Direct mentorship and sessions led by Datin Dr. Leez Hassan to sharpen leadership acumen.
- Active Assignments: Real-world applications to bridge the gap between theory and high-performance results.
- The Capstone Presentation: The journey will culminate in February 2026, where participants will showcase their growth and strategic solutions in a final Capstone Presentation.
