Overview

High Impact and effective communication is not solely about authority or clarity of speech, it is rooted in understanding how people think, feel, and are internally motivated. In today’s diverse and fast-paced workplace, leaders and professionals must communicate in ways that reduce misunderstanding, manage conflict, and build trust across levels and functions.

This 2 days programme introduces participants to psychological foundations of communication, focusing on how individuals process information differently (Colored Brain) and what subconsciously drives behaviour (Emotional Drivers). Participants will learn practical techniques to communicate with greater clarity, reduce interpersonal conflict, and influence positively in workplace interactions. The workshop emphasises self-awareness, perspective- taking, and application, enabling participants to adapt their communication style effectively across teams, roles, and situations.
