Time Mastery Work Life Balance Workshop is catered for business professionals, entrepreneurs, and fresh graduates. This workshop helps to equip participants with the skills to learn how to achieve and manifest goals, audit personal time, conduct vision board charting and develop a work-life balance blueprint.
This workshop offers practical techniques that can be used immediately to gain control. Participants will learn how to plan & prioritize more effectively, analyse their own time use, and learn time mastery tools in a stimulating and interactive format. There are a series of questions to reflect upon, games, discussions and hands-on activities that relate to time mastery techniques. The techniques learned in this course are applied immediately and through discussion and interactive exercises, participants discover how to set up a 90 Day Action Plan based on their work life priorities that they can realistically follow.
